The main objectives are:

• To collect a group of friends and acquaintances who would share the attachment to this beautiful corner of Lithuania
• To share our Margionys experience with friends and to allow them to pass over this possibility to those who are dear to them
• Allow frequent guests at the house to feel at home, where you can always feel comfortable by knowing how to get there and what and where you will find
• Allow the possibility for the others to feel as a "co-owner" of the house located in a national park, in a beautiful cultural and natural environment, in a hand's reach from the most famous attractions in this part of Lithuania
• Allow the possibility for a rather small fee to "co-own" a house in the village and at the same time, not to be burdened by having to worry about maintenance

The main principles of the Club are:

• Mutual trust
• While leaving, make sure that the property is "cleaner than you found it"
• Take care of everything "as it would belong to you" (or better!)
